2022 - Lake Superior II
Back in June, I photographed from the base of the Sleeping Giant, where we were camping, near Thunder Bay. This time, on our way back home, we hiked to the top of the Giant and to a feature called "the Gorge". Quite an impressive vertical!
From Sleeping Giant, Jennifer and I drove the north shore of Lake Superior, doing some things we missed on our way west in June: Ouimet Canyon, the hike to where several of the Group of Seven painted Pic Island, Pukaskwas National Park, the town of Wawa, and a swim in Lake Superior at Agawa Bay.
