2022 - Agawa Canyon

Jen and I spent a day on the Algoma tour train from Sault St Marie to Agawa Canyon. We were disappointed that much of the 8 hours on the train were through forest right up to the train windows, with only short glimpses of interesting scenery. It may be better in Fall colors, but we were a bit early for that. Then we only had a 1.5-hour stop in the Canyon itself. Jen and I made the best of it by racing between scenic features. Not a leisurely stop, but I captured a few good shots.

Harsh sunlight reflecting off rocks made a good shot of Bridal Veil Falls challenging. Lauren Harris, I'm sure, had better light, more water, and a lot more time when he painted these falls a hundred years ago.
