2018 - Alberta Badlands
I do not tire of Alberta's Dinosaur Provincial Park in the Red Deer River Valley. The badlands there are endlessly fascinating and the equal to any badland areas I have ever come across in my travels in the US southwest - including Utah's Capitol Reef, California's Mecca Hills, Death Valley's Zabriskie Point, and New Mexico's Bisti Wilderness.
I might add that besides its unique beauty, Dinosaur Provincial Park is apparently the world's greatest source of Cretaceous dinosaur fossils.
